    Scott Griffin | Operations Manager

    Scott is the Operations Manager for Campbell Global. His responsibilities include management of client timberlands, long-term management planning for sustained yield, budget reporting, compliance audits, and the timber and land sales program.

    Prior to joining Campbell Global, Scott worked as Regional Manager for the Bascom properties in the Southeast for Forest Systems, LLC which included land sales and acquisitions, budget reporting, inventory analysis, long-term planning, appraisals, and land and timber sales management for approximately 450,000 acres. Scott also served as a District Forester and a Regional Manager for Resource Management Services on approximately 300,000 acres located in Mississippi and Alabama.

    Scott received his B.S. in Forest Management from Mississippi State University. He is a registered forester and is a member of the Society of American Foresters and Association of Consulting Foresters.

    Mark Oergel | Northwest Regional Manager

    Mark is the Northwest Regional Manager for Campbell Global. His responsibilities include management of the Washington, Oregon, and Northern California log sale programs and related activities.

    Mark has been involved in all aspects of the timber industry for over 30 years. Prior to serving as Area Manager for the Longview office, Mark managed ten Northwestern Oregon tree farms for Campbell.

    Mark holds a B.S. in Forest Management from Washington State University. He is a member of the Washington Forest Protection Association, Oregon Forest Industries Council, Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation, Society of American Foresters, and Western Forestry Association.

    Matthew Thuman | East Coast & Southwest Regional Manager

    Matt is the East Coast and Southwest Regional Manager. His responsibilities include management of client timberlands, regulatory agency interaction, long-term management planning for sustained yield, and the log sales programs.

    Prior to joining Campbell Global, Matt coordinated wood flow into the Riegelwood Paper Mill. His duties at the mill included managing inventory and costs; managing an off-site wet woodyard, coordinating inventory rotation and trucking; and coordinating supplier communications including negotiating yearly contracts, communicating the mill's needs, and coordinating fee allocations to suppliers. Matt also gained experience managing land, cruising, and negotiating sales during his time with Union Camp Corporation.

    Matt holds a B.S. in Resources Management and Environmental and Forest Biology from State University of New York College. He is a registered forester and a member of the Society of American Foresters and North and South Carolina Forestry Association.
