    Scott Griffin | Operations Manager

    Mr. Griffin is the Operations Manager for Campbell Global. His responsibilities include management of client timberlands, long-term management planning for sustained yield, budget reporting, compliance audits, and the timber and land sales program.

    Prior to joining Campbell Global, Mr. Griffin worked as Regional Manager for the Bascom properties in the Southeast for Forest Systems, LLC which included land sales and acquisitions, budget reporting, inventory analysis, long-term planning, appraisals, and land and timber sales management for approximately 450,000 acres. Mr. Griffin also served as a District Forester and a Regional Manager for Resource Management Services on approximately 300,000 acres located in Mississippi and Alabama.

    Mr. Griffin received his B.S. in Forest Management from Mississippi State University.

    Mark Oergel | Northwest Regional Manager

    Mr. Oergel is the Northwest Regional Manager for Campbell Global. His responsibilities include management of the Washington, Oregon, and Northern California log sale programs and related activities.

    Mr. Oergel has been involved in all aspects of the timber industry for over 30 years. Prior to serving as Area Manager for the Longview office, Mr. Oergel managed ten Northwestern Oregon tree farms for Campbell.

    Mr. Oergel received his B.S. in Forest Management from Washington State University.

    Matthew Thuman | East Coast & Southwest Regional Manager

    Mr. Thuman is the East Coast and Southwest Regional Manager. His responsibilities include management of client timberlands, regulatory agency interaction, long-term management planning for sustained yield, and the log sales programs.

    Prior to joining Campbell Global, Mr. Thuman coordinated wood flow into the Riegelwood Paper Mill. His duties at the mill included managing inventory and costs; managing an off-site wet woodyard, coordinating inventory rotation and trucking; and coordinating supplier communications including negotiating yearly contracts, communicating the mill's needs, and coordinating fee allocations to suppliers. Mr. Thuman also gained experience managing land, cruising, and negotiating sales during his time with Union Camp Corporation.

    Mr. Thuman received his B.S. in Resources Management and Environmental and Forest Biology from State University of New York College.
