    John Gilleland | Chief Executive Officer and Chairman

    Mr. Gilleland joined Campbell Global in 1981, just after its formation, and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the firm. Mr. Gilleland was among the handful of entrepreneurs involved in the formation of the Timberland Investment Management asset class. He is a member of the Investment Committee, and serves on the Environmental, Social, and Governance ("ESG") Committee for the firm, plus multiple Investment Boards.

    Mr. Gilleland has extensive expertise in the capital markets and investment arena on behalf of the firm and its clients. Mr. Gilleland has performed virtually all executive functions while at Campbell Global, including acquisitions, marketing and market planning, proposal development, contract design, fee setting, product design, tax structure, and strategic planning for the firm, in addition to his traditional functions as CEO.

    Prior to joining Campbell Global, Mr. Gilleland was an audit specialist at Deloitte & Touche, formerly Touche Ross & Company.

    Mr. Gilleland holds a B.S. in Business and Finance from Oregon State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive), a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, NAREIT, and Pension Real Estate Association, and serves on the Boards of Directors for OneFortyOne Plantations and Catlin Gabel School.

    Gary Combs | Managing Director and Vice Chairman

    Mr. Combs is Managing Director and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors. He serves on the Allocation and Investment Committees.

    Prior to joining Campbell Global, Mr. Combs spent eight years at the Oregon State Treasury ("Treasury") where he was a Senior Investment Officer. The Treasury is responsible for all Oregon State investments, including investments on behalf of the Oregon Public Employees' Retirement Fund ("OPERF"). Mr. Combs was responsible for both public and private real estate investments consisting of direct equity, debt, domestic and international commingled funds (including timber funds), and REITs.

    Mr. Combs holds a B.A. in Social Science and Management from Marylhurst University.

    Angie Davis | President

    Ms. Davis is President of Campbell Global. Her responsibilities include implementing comprehensive client service plans for existing and future clients and the execution of Campbell Global's growth strategy. She is a member of Campbell Global's Board of Directors and serves on the Allocation and Investment Committees. She also is a member of the Board of Directors for OneFortyOne Plantations, an Australian governing body overseeing a pine plantation estate of approximately 94,000 hectares. Ms. Davis also serves as the Audit Chair and sits on the Finance Committee of OneFortyOne Plantations.

    Prior to joining Campbell Global, Ms. Davis was Vice President, Consultant for State Street Bank in the Performance and Analytics Division. Prior to State Street Bank, she spent eight years at the Oregon State Treasury where her roles included that of Assistant Director of Investments. As the Assistant Director of Investments, Ms. Davis was responsible for the productive and prudent investment of all State of Oregon funds including Oregon PERS. Ms. Davis began her career with KPMG Peat Marwick in the audit group.

    Ms. Davis holds a B.A. in Accounting from Linfield College.

    Julie Lawrence | Managing Director of Portfolio Management

    Ms. Lawrence is the Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Campbell Global. She is responsible for client relations and portfolio management, and has been involved in transition management of acquisitions and dispositions. Ms. Lawrence serves on the Allocation, ESG, Investment, and Price Forecast Committees.

    Prior to joining Campbell Global, Ms. Lawrence worked for five years in public accounting, where her responsibilities included financial and operations auditing of private and public companies. Ms. Lawrence is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to her public accounting experience, Ms. Lawrence was on a work-college program at US National Bank, where her responsibilities included commercial banking, residential lending, and branch operations.

    Ms. Lawrence holds a B.S. in Accounting from Seattle University and is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs.

    Stephen Levesque | Managing Director of Operations

    Mr. Levesque is the Managing Director of Operations for Campbell Global. He is the Chairman of the ESG Committee and serves on the Investment and Price Forecast Committees. He is responsible for the implementation of forest management activities consistent with client objectives. Mr. Levesque provides leadership for ESG-related initiatives including carbon sequestration, third-party certification, and conservation. He is also an active participant in several state and national trade associations. Since 2013, Mr. Levesque served as the Director of Operations for Campbell Global, and prior to that was Campbell Global's Area Manager in Fort Bragg, California, where he gained substantial experience in log sales, long-term timber harvest planning, and Endangered Species Act consultations.

    Before joining Campbell, Mr. Levesque managed a consulting firm in Northern California that offered a wide array of natural resource related services including watershed analysis, NEPA/CEQA support, environmental permitting, and stream restoration. During his tenure with the U.S. Forest Service, Mr. Levesque provided technical support to the timber harvest program on the Tongass National Forest in Alaska.

    Mr. Levesque received his Master's in Forest Engineering and Hydrology from Oregon State University and a B.S. in Fisheries Biology from Humboldt State University. He is on the Board of the Oregon Forest Industries Council, California Forestry Association, and the National Council on Air and Stream. He is also a Committee Member of the National Alliance of Forest Owners.

    Stan Renecker | Managing Director of Acquisitions

    Mr. Renecker is Managing Director of Acquisitions for Campbell Global and is a member of the Board of Directors. He is responsible for Campbell Global's outreach and acquisition activities, including gathering market intelligence, negotiating with sellers and buyers, overseeing acquisition due diligence, and controlling transactional activities. Mr. Renecker is also a member of Campbell Global's Investment, Allocation, Price Forecasting, and Investment Committees.

    Throughout Mr. Renecker's career, he has built numerous key relationships with buyers and sellers of timberland, professional advisors, and other participants in the investment management and forest products industry. These relationships are key in enabling Campbell Global to be an active participant in the market.

    Mr. Renecker received his J.D. from Willamette University College of Law and a B.A. in Political Science from Central Washington University. He is a member of Oregon Society of CPAs (inactive), American Institute of CPAs, Oregon State Bar (inactive), and American Bar Association.

    Dave Rumker | Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer

    Mr. Rumker is Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer. He is responsible for directing Campbell's investment and asset management strategies across all regions. He joined Campbell in 1992 and has over 30 years of timberland investment management experience. He has been directly involved in Campbell's client relations and marketing outreach, and served as CEO of Campbell's Australian start-up operations, OneFortyOne Plantations, in 2012/2013. He is a member of Campbell Global's Board of Directors, is Chairman of the Investment Committee, and serves on the Price Forecast Committee.

    Over the last 20 years, Mr. Rumker has been directly involved in Campbell's acquisition due diligence in the U.S. South, U.S. West, and internationally. He has led the investment analysis and internal valuations over much of that time period. He also is a member of the Board of Directors for OneFortyOne Plantations.

    Prior to joining Campbell, Mr. Rumker was an eleven-year member of Champion International's Western Operations Management Team, responsible for strategic planning, timberland valuations, and forest operations.

    Mr. Rumker received his M.B.A. from Oregon State University and a B.S. in Forest Management from Clemson University. He is a Board member for the National Alliance of Forest Landowners, and an Advisory Board member for the Oregon State University Institute for Working Forest Landscapes. He's a past member of the Western Forestry and Conservation Association, has served as Chair for the Stand Management Cooperative, and is a Certified Forester for Society of American Foresters.

    Mark Simmons | Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Simmons is Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Campbell Global. His responsibilities include financial accounting, treasury functions, budgeting, administration, information systems, and the pricing of services. He is also a member of the Board of Directors and serves on the Compliance and Investment Committees. Additionally, he served as the CFO for OneFortyOne Plantations, Australia (October 2012 to April 2013).

    Prior to joining Campbell Global, Mr. Simmons worked for six years in the financial and operational auditing of private and public companies, including a major forest products company, for PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse).

    Mr. Simmons holds a B.S. in Accounting and Computer Science from Southern Oregon University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
